New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1902. First edition. Periodical. This is the July 1902 issue of Scribner’s Magazine. This Vol. XXXII, No. 1 issue is in good condition, particularly considering the age and inherent fragility of the format. The binding is square and tight, though the lower half of the spine is missing and the cover edges are tattered. There are remnants of tape adhesive along the spine edge of the front and rear covers, an ownership signature in pen on the front cover, and some scribbles and notations in pen on the rear covers. The contents are bright and clean.
This issue contains an article with color illustrations by American writer and painter Will Hicock Low (1853-1933). Item #004878
